Each chef-prepared dish uses fresh, local, organic ingredients and can be customized to your taste. We use farm fresh dairy products; wild-caught seafood; lean, hormone-free meats; and low-glycemic carbohydrates like sweet potatoes, quinoa, and brown rice.

Delivery Days and Consumption Schedule:
- Our friendly drivers will deliver your meals bright and early each morning, between 8 PM and 5 AM in an insulated cooler bag. Rise and shine, collect your bag, and go about your day. .
Weekend Deliveries:
- Weekend deliveries are an option, If select to have meals on the weekend they will be delivered on Thursday nights along with your Friday meals
Delivery Time:
- Deliveries take place between 8 pm and 5 am.
Notification:
- Customers receive text notifications to keep them informed about their delivery status.
- Notifications are sent when the delivery is on its way and when the delivery has been completed.
Returns
Returns
All orders from our Website as well as phone orders, are final and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds on purchased days of meal delivery service. Your purchased days of service will never expire and may be used at any time.
You may pause or resume your meal delivery service at any time with three business days notice. If you need to make a change with less notice, you may be charged.
Choose Your Calorie Count Per Day
Please note that the total calorie count provided is based on three meals a day. If you choose to have fewer than three meals, the calorie count will be adjusted accordingly to reflect your selection. For accurate tracking of your nutritional intake, consider adjusting the serving sizes or supplementing with additional snacks as needed.
