Organically delicious. Our Vegetarian program contains no animal protein. Instead, we use hand-picked farmer's market produce; fresh organic dairy products; low-glycemic carbohydrates; and quality organic meat-substitutes like tofu, seitan, and tempeh. Our vegetarian program is easily made vegan friendly by adding “dairy” at check out under dislikes.
