Where it all started. Our original program is perfect for those without a specific dietary restriction but still crave fresh, healthy, high-protein, and gluten-free meals. Each chef-prepared dish uses fresh, local, organic ingredients and can be customized to your taste.
Nutritional Details

To get started, choose a meal plan and let us know if you’d like 1, 2, or 3 meals per day. At checkout you’ll choose portion size and add Extras. Then, the real magic happens. Kooshi handpicks fresh, seasonal ingredients and designs a daily menu just for you.

Schedule Your Deliveries
Select your start date and whether you’d like 5, 10, 20, or 40 days of delivery. Let us know of any special delivery instructions, and we’ll contact you to set up the rest.
Our friendly drivers will deliver your meals bright and early each morning, between 12:00AM and 5:00 AM in an insulated cooler bag. Rise and shine, collect your bag, and go about your day.
