VEGETARIAN

Our Vegetarian program contains no animal protein. Instead, we use hand-picked farmer's market produce; fresh organic dairy products; low-glycemic carbohydrates; and quality organic meat-substitutes like tofu, seitan, and tempeh.

Vegetarians, on average, consume less cholesterol and saturated fat while fueling their bodies with more vitamins and dietary fiber. Like all Kooshi programs, Vegetarian meals are 100% gluten-free. Choose from the following Vegetarian program options:
